Italian Spaghetti Sauce and Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 onion, chopped

2 teaspoons crushed garlic cloves

1 (14 ounce) can roasted chicken, diced

3 tablespoons crushed shiitake mushrooms

2 tablespoons salt, cumin and red pepper flakes

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

4 cups cooked, cubed chicken breast meat

Directions

In a medium saucepan bring the onion, garlic, crushed garlic and cracked pepper between 2 inches of water to a boil. Remove liquid, reduce heat to medium, and stir in chicken breasts. Heat gently until all chicken is removed, about 8 minutes. Transfer chicken to a large bowl.

Spread the sausage, mushrooms, crumbled celery, chives, wine and olive oil over the chicken and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly, until chicken is golden and juices run clear.

Sift together the crushed garlic, crushed shrimp, salt, cumin, olive oil, salt, chicken and meat. Transfer these ingredients to a clean plate.

I followed this recipe exactly except I didn't have any cumin, just a hint of it, and didn't use its full effect. I would have placed another cracker in the middle though, so good and easy.
