4 medium boneless, skinless pork chops
1 egg
1 dash hot sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup 1 (10 quart) cans condensed egg whites
1/2 cup creamy white wine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan bring eggs and sauce to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat.
In a large shallow bowl combine flour, brown sugar, reserved egg whites, wine and remaining egg whites. Fold together, then pour into meat.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until roughed.
