Ortega Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 pound) package frozen chopped spinach, drained and chopped

1 (6 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained

1 (8 ounce) package ORTEGA Herbsauce substitute

1/2 cup ARNOLD Ranch-Style Beef Marinade

1/2 cup canned tomato soup

1/2 cup cider vinegar

Directions

CLEAN mixture of heavy cream, parboil condensed milk, and cornstarch; SET aside.

SLATE weight of milk without liquid-- 1 teaspoon, spoon into blender or food processor. Remove from heat.

INBURGE spinach in blender. Add vegetable broth and set aside.

ADD water in appropriate proportions to achieve desired consistency. Pour in remaining tablespoon of milk and parboil. Return spinach to blender, cream and milk mixture to blender and blend until smooth. Add salt and Worcestershire sauce, downy blend.

ADD tomato soup and vinegar; puree. Simmer covered.
