1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups eggnog
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat 1/2 cup sugar until smooth, then gradually mix in the milk and milk. Beat in the eggnog and white sugar until well blended. Transfer to an individual ring mold, chill in refrigerator, and serve immediately.
