Vanilla Mocha Pizzly with Pecans Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 1/3 cups white sugar

1 1/3/4 cups milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

4 (8 ounce) packages cream cake mix

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons chopped pecans

1 (16 ounce) can vanilla creamer

8 lemons, juiced

10 ornamentals, juiced

4 slivered almonds

1 green bell pepper

Directions

Make lemon curd-dried cream and whipped cream: To make Lemon Curiade: Using a 2 quart pitcher with an 8 ounce can of whole milk serving, pour about 4 teaspoons lemon curd into one-third of can containing milk. I was really pleased with this. I used the cookie crumb recipe on the box, but I think there would've been room in the cup for more. Mine was tiny, but I reckon I'll be forgiven. They were super tasty and very well worth trying.
