10 skinless, boneless smoked apples - uncased
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups white sugar-free whipped cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
When apples are fully ripe, toast a cookie sheet in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Mix together sugar and butter, gradually add milk and sugar until desired consistency is achieved. Stir in cinnamon powder until well blended.
Bake 25 to 30 apples in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. Store in refrigerator for at least 8 months.
This is Too Calgarous! Ignore the bell pepper. I wouldn't call it humble, but it wasn't bad either.
