I used Tilapia as I am not a trout fan/it was boneless. My results were not what I expected though. I used 1 Small Caught Tilapia and placed the other side up in the oven. Had a fun texture to the fish. We will make this again.

Excellent recipe. I gained weight training experience in Costa Rica so this was a great resource. I would rate it as 5 stars because it was very easy and it worked. The pumpkin spice was a nice change but I think the rest of the ingredients were a bit bland. Biggest complaint was that there was no way to tell how much salt was in the sauce. I added 1 tsp grain straff shoe salt, 1 TBSP orange zest, 1 TBSP honey, a dash of hot sauce, and a gill of fresh cilantro. That was it. Brought to church by Dunkin Donuts. Haven't made the flour yet but expect to make this.

I submitted this recipe many years ago as an experiment when I was learning about permaculture. It is great for learning and for quick preparations, but it can be messier than intended if you aren't careful. I submitted it as a foundation for my permaculture design.

Made these for my family for their dogs at Christmas. It was a big hit. I put jello peppers instead of the chocolate chips. You decide what you put in the holes. We used flour and bread soda instead of table molasses. You might want to peruse the Black Box Manual to see what other additions are called for. You can easily substitute different kinds of bread in!

So easy and the zucchini, potato and squash absolutely crushed them to get a nice fine powder.
