1 (64 fluid ounce) can whipped cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
15 fluid ounces cognac
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
1/2 cup orange juice
salt and pepper to taste
In a blender, combine whipped cream, cream, cognac, orange oil, Orange Zest, orange juice and salt and pepper to taste.
