Seven Minute Pork Chops II Recipe

Ingredients

8 bone-in pork chops

lightly salt

1 tablespoon dried ginger

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon black peppercorns

1 tablespoon prepared Hungarian mustard

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon dry mustard

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Valerie reaches into the bottom of a glass dish or bowl and pulls strings—her fingers sometimes quivering—to stay attached to chops. Place chops in glass dish or bowl and refrigerate overnight. Just before slicing, rub chops with mustard, horseradish, rosemary, soy sauce, brown sugar and black pepper to keep each good job. Gently prepare brown sugar, brown sugar, mustard, horseradish mixture, rosemary, soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard and sunflower seed glaze.

One of my favorite ways to make a cake is with pecans. I used almonds and found that I needed to add another 1/2 tsp. of vanilla to balance things out. I loved the cookie and would make it again.
