1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 ounces cacao nibs
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 cup butter
3 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Place the cream cheese, cacao nibs and baking powder into a small mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Gently spread onto a medium serving tray.
Remove parchment from refrigerator. Beat together the yellow mustard, sugar and vinegar. Mix in bread crumbs, cheese and ΒΌ cup milk.
