4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup milk
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Spread on a kitchen towel lined with parchment or waxed paper. Roll cookies 1 to 2 inches apart. Cut into 1 inch squares or triangles. Place in ungreased cookie cups or greased 8x8 inch baking pans.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until light and golden brown. Cool cookies completely before removing from waxed paper. Cool completely on wire rack. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap; chill until ready to use.
To make the cream cheese frosting: Beat 3/4 cup milk and 1 cup mini marshmallows in medium bowl. Beat 2 tablespoons cream cheese and 1 cup mini marshmallows in medium bowl; gradually beat in 3/4 cup cream cheese, milk mixture. Beat until smooth. Spread over cooled cookies.
To make the chocolate frosting: In a small bowl, mix 1 cup chocolate chip mixture and 3/4 cup cream cheese. Spread evenly over cooled cookies. Cool completely.
