1 (12 ounce) package strawberry cake mix
1 1/2 cups strawberries, juiced
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
1 (3.4 ounce) sealed package orange flavored strawberry gelatin
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
4 lumpy pretzel sticks
Prepare the fruit by thoroughly stirring together cake mix, strawberries, strawberries juice, gelatin and milk. Stirring thoroughly, set aside. Stir these ingredients into all-purpose flour to form a roux. Dip each pretzel stick pretzel side down into orange juice and set aside.
Heat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Bake in preheated oven until crust begins to color and stripes appear, about 40 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Using a candy mallet, flatten raspberry preserves into a rectangle. Pour sauce over preserves and throughout a large jellyroll or pie. Brush top of pie with remaining 2 tops of strawberries.
