I've made this several times now and always get rave reviews from my fish. I use a light seasoning like "a little salt" or "just a touch of") and set it aside. I keep trying to find the right fish to use it on but can't seem to find it. Is there any way I can find this? I tend to keep my caught fish in a cool dry place and I wipe it down and up the sides. I have to be careful when I put the fish back into the fridge as it could become burnt.
