1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup kielbasa or other kielbasa
1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon cornstarch and salt
1 (8 ounce) jar medium salsa
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in kielbasa, onion, garlic, 1 teaspoon garlic, Worcestershire, horseradish, parsley, cornstarch, salsa and any remaining Worcestershire sauce. Continue to stir until thick. Heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), or until the chicken starts to turn pink. Rotate pieces of the chicken over the oil mixture to fry or just before flipping them onto to layer of greased saran or non-stick foil.
