1 pound lean beef
1 onion, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon water
1 pinch coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
4 cups whole grain rice
Roast beef slices in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown on both sides. Transfer to a large bowl. Mix in salt, white pepper, lemon juice and butter; mix well.
Add water, rice, salt and paprika; mix together. Stir into beef mixture. Reduce heat to medium. Allow to cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir rice into beef mixture, stirring thoroughly. Serve over cooked beef slices.
