2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 green bell pepper, chopped
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Place egg whites in a small saucepan and brush with salt and pepper. In a medium bowl whisk together garlic powder and egg yolk. Mix egg yolk into egg whites if desired. Brush over egg whites in a thin layer.
In a medium bowl whisk together oil, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, bell pepper and egg yolk mixture alternately. Spread evenly over chicken.
Bake uncovered on individual serving dishes for 10 minutes or while broiling, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Remove from oven and broil an additional 10 minutes, turning once.
