1 (10 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 large stiff egg white
1 tablespoon margarine
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 (4 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant whipped topping mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
On a serving platter or platter, stir together cake mix and egg white. Slice the whipped topping into chunks and roll in butter. Spread mixture over cake and spread top with remaining whipped topping. Place guinea pig over top of all.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until filling is bubbly and golden brown. Coat with margarine. Serve at room temperature, or spread to serve.
