1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup celery leaves
1 (14 ounce) can cream-style corn sauce
1 (20.75 ounce) can whole kernel corn
5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 (15 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the beef, onion, green pepper, celery, mushrooms and horseradish.
Transfer beef mixture to a 9x13 inch dish. Spread over a medium serving platter and sprinkle with mushrooms and sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
