1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups carrot cake mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt and butter. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until well blended. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
While the cake bakes in the oven combine bread crumbs and 1 cup of carrot cake mix. Pour over top and bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 15 minutes. Enlarge the cake and serve immediately.
