1 (16 ounce) can Italian-style pasta sauce
1 (16 ounce) can minced garlic
1 (2 ounce) can Italian-style ham, diced
8 ounces sirloin tip steaks
1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (1 pound) loaf white bread mix
Boil pasta sauce in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 5 minutes. Remove garlic cloves and remove clove-shaped stem ends of garlic heads. Add chopped ham and stir to coat. Spoon pasta sauce over bones of fish. Arrange spinach in a large bowl on a platter. Lay bread slices on top of steaks.
Spoon spaghetti sauce over steaks. Garnish with sliced ham. Cover and chill in refrigerator 24 hours.
