3 (4 ounce) large chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup chopped cottage cheese
6 large doses chicken bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil and for one minute stir in garlic powder, basil and Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat; add flour, salt, garlic powder, basil, cheese and oil and mix all together. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 1 minute. Stir in chicken bouillon, salt and pepper. Stir into the hot mixture.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bake chicken breasts in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake an additional 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Discard rack of chicken and drizzle with water or milk.
