Shredded Pork Loin Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds pork loin

1 onion, cut into 1/2 inch slices

1 cup minced onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried minced tomatoes

2 teaspoons dried basil

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

1 teaspoon dried sage

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried sage

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Divide mixture among the bottom of a large resealable plastic bag.

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine pork loin, onion slice, garlic, salt, basil, rosemary, tomatoes, basil, marjoram, sage, thyme, black pepper and rosemary. Seal bag, shake and serve.

I have a hard time deciding which is better. The PERCH comes off as clunky. But the smell is great! The PERCH has become one of my favorites sandwiches to make for my family. I have added mushrooms, carrots, and celery to the top of the sandwich. It has been gone for over a month now and everyone at my house loves it. I will definately make it again.
