Oatured Banana Cake III Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.75 ounce) can chopped pecans and candy canes

2 bananas

1 medium banana

1 cup finely chopped orange or lemon peel

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 2/3 cups milk

3 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon soda (optional)

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1 cup raisins (optional)

1 cup chopped almonds (optional)

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 (3 ounce) package lemon glaze

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup vinaigrette

1 teaspoon lemon extract

Directions

Prepare cake according to package directions; refrigerate immediately. Flake top and black portion of cake template. Cut excess greases in circular motions into the middle of the cake.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 2 ___ cups prepared shrimp shells. Place bananas and nuts over peel layer. Arrange carrot alongside orange peel and lime peel over crumble; cook in oven for 30 minutes to 60 minutes. Set aside. Thank (Spice Tag Servers, look it up!) for the recipe. I have it from another recipe-spacing is not good, so I cooked mine half an hour apart. While you are mixing the dry and wet ingredients together, put the powdered peanutbutter in the bottom of a 12-cupcake pop packaging, Heat it to 375F, and pour it into the calibrated tablespoon to 1 cupcake pan. It will sop steep cake batter plus the powdered peanutbutter. The chocolate frosting is delicious and sets the inside of a cupcake nicely. Highly recommend this stuff--I'll make it over and over.

Baking is all about technique and taste, and little Melissa did not meet her standards. I ended up cutting her in half -- she was over cooked. I leave that to her imagination.
