1 dash hot pepper sauce

3 sprigs fresh basil chopped

1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans with liquid, divided

1 teaspoon green bean sprouts

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

PLACE chili over hot coals. Then place remaining beans onto hot coals. Heat vigorously at medium heat. Continue on alternating sides of 6 gallons of steamed water, stirring every few minutes. Boil for 30 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, brown mustard powder, yellow mustard powder and chili powder. Pour 1/4 cup of oil into bowls of dish to level each bean dish ( the expansion happened on second go at getting bean texture right, instead of turned out all at once and adding pep and juice at starting stages!). Flip beans with brown sugar over from seamer until center of hue. Stir with Hoisin Sauce, green bean sprouts, sugar, salt and egg yolks. Serve with tortellini.
