1 1/2 cups milk
3 (3 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix
2 cups milk chocolate syrup
8 eggs
4 ripe strawberries, sliced
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large saucepan, combine milk, pudding mix, 1 cup milk chocolate syrup and 8 eggs. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in the strawberries and confectioners' sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Set aside.
Pour pudding mixture into a large bowl. Dip each spoon of fruit in pudding mixture, ensuring that all pieces are coated. Place mixed strawberries and fruit in fruit bowl. Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture. Dip fruit in whipped cream and squeeze vanilla extract. Garnish with dessert fruit.
