Original recipe
1/4 cup citrus-infused Irish whiskey
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup triple sec liqueur
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
2 scoops organic Spanish double sec liqueur
1 fluid ounce amaretto liqueur
1 fluid ounce Mexican-style hot brandy
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Pour in whiskey; stir vigorously. Fill glass nearly with the orange juice, if desired. Pour double sec and triple sec into glass with ice cubes. Pass glass around to mix. Pour amaretto if you want to serve with lime juice.
Hold two fingers up and fill glass with ice cubes. Garnish with the orange-sugar syrup, if desired.
I added a slice of provolone which I had from Italian Cooks. It added wonderful flavor.
