1 (14 ounce) can caramel-apple pie filling
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup low fat buttermilk powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1 large apple - peeled, cored and sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) 9-inch round custard cups.
In a large bowl, mix the pie filling, sugar and pudding mix. Add the milk, apple and baking powder; mix until well blended. Pour over pie base.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until custards are set and top is light brown. Cool before serving. Garnish with whipped cream.
