1 (1 ounce) square unsalted butter
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
2 (1 ounce) squares lemon-lime flavored Jell-O
1 (3 ounce) package instant whipped topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, pudding mix, sugar and pecans. Stir in lemon-lime flavoring gelatin and gelatin-flavored liqueur. Fold in lemon-lime flavored Jell-O. Spread evenly onto the bottom of each pastry sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes. Brush top with lemon juice.
