1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (3 ounce) package egg whites
1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and egg whites until smooth. Beat in the pudding mix. Pour into crust or pan, and refrigerate overnight.
When the oven is warm, place pie crusts on a cookie sheet. Bake about 30 minutes in the preheated oven to about 50 minutes in the oven for a medium pie.
