1 cup vinegar
1 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Place vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, sesame seeds, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and lemon zest in medium bowl. Beat until fragrant.
Heat oil in large skillet or wok to large high heat. Fry pork chops for about 10 minutes or until browned and sticky. Remove from skillet and drain. Stir in vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame seeds, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Reduce heat and continue to heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Stir in lemon zest.
Fry chops for about 1 minute on each side, turning once. Turn each chops slice twice to prevent sticking. Fry for 10 minutes on each side.
