1 pound lean ground beef
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 egg
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato sauce
4 mashed potatoes, drained
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat the broiler.
In a large slow cooker set on Low, combine ground beef, cheese soup, and eggs. Cook on Low for 7 days.
To make beef stock: In a medium bowl, combine onion, bacon, pork, honey, salt, pepper and beef. Puree sauce over low heat for 1 hour.
