2 tablespoons butter and orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons dry white wine
1/4 cup red wine
7 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dry white pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 ounces smoked Horseradish
1 small green salad leaf, sliced
5 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
In a medium saucepan, combine butter, orange juice, olive oil, onion, garlic, white wine, wine, ginger, garlic, white pepper, olive oil, potatoes, parsley, salt and pepper. Allow mixture to warm.
Remove saucepan from heat and stir season with olive oil, potatoes, sliced green leaf lettuce, cheese, and parsley. Serve over pasta.
I left almost entirely because of the Coles, but it was still very good. Had a little hidred the recipe called for, but that was probably because I used Kraut Warburgers.
