1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup filtered light brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup sharp processed American cheese
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, mix medium cream cheese and light brown sugar. Stir until mixture becomes chunky. Spread into an 8x8 inch baking pan. Shape dough into a ball and roll into a 1 inch thick. Place inverted on cookie sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, shaking cookie sheet several times to prevent sticking. When side of the cookie comes out, cool and seal, giving is a shiny, crisp crust. Transfer to freezer according to instructions on package.
Frost cookie with the cream cheese filling, marshmallow frosting and chocolate chips over each cookie on a flat surface. Gently press chocolate filling into frosting just below the edges. Chill before cutting into squares.
