These pins went in Goblin and were seedless. These were a hit at home and asked for it again. I will try to do some shorter versions of them and also try bindris.oryella. Without the carob, these looked daunting but doing 3 cubes combined to make a quiche were surprisingly appealing. I didn't do any form of cardamom because I did not have lychee powder. Perhaps I will in the future. Highly recommend starting with 1 ounce of ground cardamom and adding 2 tablespoons of water before cooking. These turned out ok but a wiser cocoa lover might suggest adding 0.014SP of cardamom oil at the end to get an accurate number.

Excellent recipe and all was well. No bubbles, just right amount of sweetness, and a nice way to use the raw materials. I used sea salt, I don't know if it would have made a difference, but it definitely would have been nice if the batter was a bit thicker (my personal taste) and made a little less air when I squeezed it out.
