Grilled Chicken Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon dried minced onion

2 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons white sugar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 pound chicken tenderloin

1 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon water

1/2 teaspoon hot mustard

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 cup chopped celery

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

1 1/2 pounds chicken sausage

1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Place the onion, garlic, onion, garlic salt, sugar, oil, chicken, and cheese mixture in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly. Place the chicken into a large saucepan and stir in the ketchup, water, hot mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, basil, brown sugar, celery, and salt. Cover and simmer approximately 1 hour.

Remove the chicken from the saucepan and pat dry. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before grilling. Preheat grill to medium high heat and lightly oil grate. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Grill at medium heat approximately 20 minutes, turning once, or until juices run clear. Discard the chicken, shred and place on the prepared grill. Grill 10 minutes on each side or until internal juices of the chicken are no longer moist. Cook 5 to 10 minutes per side.

This was really good! I didn't have sesame seeds, but followed it otherwise. This is how I'll make asparagus from now on.
