1 cup white sugar
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
In a large bowl, cream together the sugar, flour, almond extract, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest. Beat until smooth. Pour into serving dish and chill overnight. Sold by the glass in an ice cream bowl.
