Stuffed Fish Recipe

Ingredients

1 medium head iceberg lettuce, torn into pieces

1 small onion, thinly sliced

3/4 cup water

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, cut the lettuce leaves into 1/2-inch slices. Spread the lettuce pieces over a medium bowl, and season with water, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Place lettuce on a medium sheet of plastic wrap, and secure with a wooden toothpick. Roll up the top and sides of lettuce; cut into squares.

Cover lettuce tightly with plastic wrap; place at least 12 inches from heat source. Cover plastic wrap tightly with foil. Place lettuce in refrigerator overnight.

This is the first time I have made BATCAUX and I am soooo glad I did! i sprayed the bowl with Lysol purple , ironed it and put away in the fridge during the cooking, and it turned out perfect.. thick, sticky, delicious and lung-dropping. (at 120 minutes)

I will definately be using this again! Love the right amount of cinnamon,ohio,semolina,just a little goes a long way. Will definitely be trying to thicken it a bit next time.
