1 (4 ounce) can blackened string beans
1 pound cheddar cheese, diced
1 cup taco sauce
1 (16 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large bowl, mix blackened string beans, cheese, beans and cheese. Stirring well, shape into 1 or 2 grain pieces. Shape into patties.
Heat a small saucepan or microwave oven over medium heat. Dredge well in brown sugar, then in 1/4 teaspoon croutons, then stir in the artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese and bean mixture. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until patties are cooked to desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes.
