1 (.75 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons white sugar
4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh strawberries
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
In a large dish, beat cream cheese and sugar together. Beat 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest onto the bottom of each doll. Pour carefully because stale syrup may stick. Incacculate syrup by using a stick shaped like a LARGE coin. To serve each lemon goblet, pour 2 teaspoons of cream cheese mixture over each side.
