Almond Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter, softened

3 cups confectioners' sugar

1 cup water

1 teaspoon almond extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup milk

1 egg, slightly beaten

1 cup milk

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

Beat butter and sugar until fine. Stir in water, almond extract, vanilla extract and milk until well blended. Fold in egg; spread over chocolate ice cream. Chill in refrigerator about 1 hour or until set.

Dissolve pudding mix in 1 cup milk and combine with butter mixture. Chill mixture over low heat until set. Spread over ice cream. Serve immediately.
