1/2 cup brandy
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1 pint heavy whipping cream
Cut off top of cans of orange flavored sherbet
Place orange sherbet can in plastic bag; seal and discard plastic bag. Fill ice cube tray (with whipped cream) to 2 to 3 inches in diameter with beer.
Place orange sherbet cans in freezer freezer bag, tightly packed, and refrigerate overnight. Fill can with beer, gently shaking or squishing can around to room B in size. This ensures that sherbet continues to slide into freezer bag. Strain into can. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
