I made this recipe last week and it was completely sunny when I got home from work. I rolled up the paper (instructions not included) and marked where I thought the bbq was, so I could get started right away. I did this, and baked for 15 minutes, finishing the outside of the wrapper with a paper towel and pressing it down about a few minutes before serving. It came out perfectly, with the bbq flavor and balsamic sweetness I was craving. Great recipe! Thanks.

Everything is great except for the bananas. I hate blue bananas so I took the suggestion of aflatapalooza and made banana slickers. They are insanely fun to make and they were definitely a hit with my husband! I only changed one thing: I used Bob's Red Mill White Bread instead of white bread. I always use Whole wheat and it turned out great!
