1 (9 inch) prepared pizza crust
1/8 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried lemon peel
1 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 pound pepperjack cheese, diced
1 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon dried parsley (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 11x7 inch baking pans.
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil and brown sugar over medium heat. Add lemon peel, garlic pepper, salt, whole corn, and green onions, stirring gently with a metal spoon. Reduce heat to medium.
Stir in the pepperjack cheese, Italian seasoning, parsley, and Italian salad dressing.
Pour mixture into prepared baking pans. Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes OR as stated in package directions. Let cool before serving.
