1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup white wine
1 (8 ounce) can salmon, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup cooked chicken breast meat
1/2 cup chopped onion
In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in wine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until thickened. Stir in salmon, onion, mushrooms, mushroom caps, celery, ham, tomatoes and chicken. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in broth and bread cubes. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
