Dutch Babies Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground pork

1 pound ground beef

1 (20 ounce) can beef broth

1/2 pound lean ground turkey

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine ground pork and ground beef. Arrange meat and liquid in 15-inch saucepan; cover, and marinate in the refrigerator ten to fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, stir tomato paste into a large saucepan, over medium. Cool, and refrigerate.

Meanwhile, bring the broth to a boil in a medium saucepan or over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey; reduce heat, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low, stir in tomato paste. Simmer, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Return meat to skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer, and serve hot.
