1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 large cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons boiling water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and eggs. Stir in the flour, then the pudding mix. Combine almonds, salt and lemon juice and spread mixture evenly over the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
