4 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 green bell pepper, halved
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 quart coconut cream
1/2 teaspoon cacao powder
1 pinch ground cinnamon
4 slices cinnamon toothpicks
1 cup white chocolate chips
In a medium bowl, combine milk and butter and mix well. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in the microwave oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, beat cream, cacao, cinnamon, and chocolate chips. Stir butter mixture into creamed mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours to enable the flavors to blend.
