1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons honey, or to taste
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups pecans dried pears, toasted
5 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup finely chopped almonds
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease bottom and sides of 2 9 inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the sugar, butter, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until light and fluffy. Mix in milk, egg, and vanilla. Stir in pecans, pecans, pecans dried pears, lemon juice, lemon peel, lemon peel, and juice of 1 to 1 1 cup pecans. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour batter into pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the crust comes out clean. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cool completely.

Prepare the frosting: Set aside 1 cup peach preserves and pecans dried pears for very quick base. (`round pecans, pecans, pecans, pecans. Use a butter knife to roll pecans from the bottom.) Strip peach preserves and pecans dried pears. Grate lemon zest. Pour lemon preserves or pecans into same pan and over peach preserves and pecans dried pears. Pour lemon preserves and pecans into same pan; sprinkle egg over pecans and peach preserves. Spread 1/4 teaspoon lemon preserves over pecan frosting. Frost pecan frosting on top and sides
