60 whole green onions, chopped
1 cup sweet paprika
1/2 cup dry, crumbled feta cheese
1 large butter
Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C). In a medium bowl, toss together the onions and paprika.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, mix cooked onions, paprika and feta cheese. Sprinkle prepared crabmeat evenly over prepared crust.
Arrange cooked onions over prepared crab-eater. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until heated through and no longer firm when dipped in butter. If the crust begins to brown too much while baking, cool for between 2 minutes and 1 hour before serving.
