1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 cups white sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until blended. Beat in sugar and evaporated milk. Mix in vanilla until blended. Spread onto the bottom of a 9 inch double crust pie crust.
